When it comes to a memorable hotel stay, it’s often the little touches that leave the biggest impression. At Parkin & Lewis, we’ve found ourselves quietly sneaking into the world of boutique hospitality—armed not with room service menus, but with chains, leather, and gold foil.

One of our latest projects? Bespoke leather door hangers for the wonderfully stylish Kolektif Suites. These charming signs aren't your standard “Do Not Disturb” plastic tabs. Painted in rich tones of olive and burgundy, each one features custom gold foil lettering that gently lets housekeeping know if it’s time to pop in with fresh towels—or leave the dreaming undisturbed.

It’s functional, of course. But it’s also beautiful. And thoughtful. Because in a space designed for rest, every element matters—right down to the words hanging on the door.
